La Asociación de Jóvenes por la Investigación de Tenerife (JINTE) y el Vicerrectorado de Investigación de la Universidad de La Laguna organizan el IV Congreso de Jóvenes Investigadores/as de Canarias y el II Congreso Internacional de Jóvenes por la Investigación, un encuentro especialmente abierto a los/as jóvenes investigadores/as que deseen compartir con el resto de la comunidad científica sus avances y contribuciones en sus respectivas áreas temáticas. Este congreso pretende motivar a toda la comunidad investigadora para constituir un foro común en el que se traten temas de interés transversal y se fomente la investigación y la divulgación. Este evento se celebrará en la Universidad de La Laguna (Tenerife) y tendrá lugar los días 17 y 18 de noviembre de 2022 en las instalaciones de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y de la Comunicación, Campus de Guajara.
The Asociación de Jóvenes por la Investigación de Tenerife (JINTE) and the Vice-Rectorate for Research of the University of La Laguna are organizing the IV Congreso de Jóvenes Investigadores/as de Canarias and the 2nd International Congress of Young People for Research, a meeting specially open to young researchers who wish to share their advances and contributions in their respective thematic areas with the rest of the scientific community. This congress aims to motivate the entire research community to form a common forum in which to address issues of cross-cutting interest and to promote research and dissemination. This event will be held at the University of La Laguna (Tenerife) on 17th and 18th November 2022 in the facilities of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Communication, Guajara Campus.

Las fechas importantes del IV Congreso de Jóvenes Investigadores/as de Canarias y II Congreso Internacional de Jóvenes por la Investigación son las siguientes:
15 de julio de 2022, (plazo ampliado al 22 de julio de 2022) 23:59 h.: cierre de presentación de resúmenes. Los resúmenes recibidos con posterioridad a esta fecha no serán tenidos en cuenta para el Congreso. El contenido de los resúmenes puede ser provisional o preliminar respecto al que se presente finalmente en el congreso.- 15 de septiembre de 2022, 23:59 h.: comunicación de aceptación de resúmenes
- 21 de octubre de 2022, 23:59 h.: límite para que las personas con trabajos aceptados se inscriban en el congreso
- 10 de noviembre de 2022, 23:59 h.: cierre de inscripciones
The important dates of the IV Congreso de Jóvenes Investigadores/as de Canarias and the 2nd International Congress of Young People for Research are the following:
15th July 2022, (extender deadline to 22th July 2022)23:59 h.: deadline for submission of abstracts. Abstracts received after this date will not be considered for the Congress. The content of the abstracts may be provisional or preliminary to the content that will be finally presented at the congress.- 15th September 2022, 23:59 h.: notification of acceptance of abstracts.
- 21st October 2022, 23:59 h.: deadline for those with accepted abstracts to register for the congress.
- 10th November 2022, 23:59 h.: closing date for registrations

Formato / Format
Los trabajos podrán presentarse en español o inglés, especificando si se solicita comunicación oral o póster. Para ambos casos, el resumen (máximo 300 palabras) deberá indicar el título de la comunicación o del póster, los objetivos, la metodología, los resultados y la bibliografía citada. Todos los resúmenes se presentarán a través de la web de JINTE a través del formulario dispuesto para tal fin. Si bien debe estar entre la lista de autores del trabajo, la persona que presenta no tiene que ser necesariamente el primer autor. Para más detalles sobre la presentación de resúmenes se recomienda consultar las normas generales y específicas en la web de JINTE.
Papers may be submitted in Spanish or English, specifying whether an oral communication or poster is requested. In both cases, the abstract (a maximum of 300 words) must indicate the title of the oral communication or poster, the objectives, the methodology, the results and discussion and the bibliography cited. All abstracts must be submitted through the JINTE website and in the section specifically provided for this purpose. Although he/she must be among the list of authors of the paper, the person presenting does not necessarily have to be the first author.
